The two parties have reached a consensus agreement about implementing the following terms:

Article 1:
By mutual agreement, the two parties agree to cancel Announcement / Secision / Agreement Minutes on the termination of the labor contract No..... on "day", "month", "year".
The agreement between the parties shall comply with the Labor Contract No. .......... shall be signed on the "day" "month" "year" and the Appendix attached this Contract.
The employee returned allowance for the company (if any) under Notifications / Decisions / Minutes of the agreement on the termination of labor contracts.
