2. Rights and responsibilities of Chief Accountant:
- To establish and manage the accounting system of the Company, manage and record all financial and accounting data related to business activities of the Company.
- To establish and maintain financial reports, accounting books and tax records of the Company in accordance with legal regulations and Company’s charter.
- To establish, manage and guide the implementation the financial and accounting standards and regulations issued by the Government for the compliance of units and all staff of the Company.
- Regularly inspect the implementation of financial and accounting regulations of units and staff of the Company to guarantee the strict compliance with financial and accounting standards and regulations.
- To manage accounting staff and implement the training to update information regularly.
- Other rights and responsibilities of Chief Accountant as guided by the Company Director or as prescribed in other regulations of the Company and the relevant legal regulations.
